Instavue (Win) crashes on start in certain configurations

Description

Instavue does not seem to work on my Vista Business, even not with admin rights. Crashes immediately after start. [interaktionist]

The Windows Version does not run on Vista SP1. [schneppis]

The problem is unrelated to Windows Vista. The crash generally happens when the Manifest.plist file is too large or other corruption has happened in the backup files.

(In [135]) Fixed Instavue (Win) crash on start when some .plist files are too large (too-large alloca caused stack overflow, fix #86). Fixed Instavue (Win) crash on start when some .plist files are corrupted (catch and swallow file + COM exceptions). Instavue (Win) now prevents selection of device. Instavue (Win) now writes minidump file on crash. Updated Instavue (Win) version to 1.3.1. Removed FileContents?.h reference from PList module.
