iTunes backup/sync should not change Instavue selected graph

Description

When a graph is already selected and displayed in Instavue, doing an iTunes backup or sync should not change the selection.

(In [123]) Instavue now keeps same selected graph during an iTunes backup (fix #83). Instavue now uses standard "layout" attribute instead of custom "IVLayout" attribute (fix #82). Instavue outline view no longer uses capitalized group items for devices. Instavue outline view now uses data sources instead of bindings. Fixed Instavue incorrect dependency on visio plugin.
