Use "layout" attribute instead of "IVLayout" attribute

Description

In Graphviz 2.22, the standard "layout" graph attribute now sets the layout for the graph, so we don't have to use the custom "IVLayout" attribute. This improves compatibility with Graphviz.

(In [122]) Graph settings now uses standard "layout" attribute instead of custom "IVLayout" attribute (fix #82). Import now checks for content type = text/plain or text/vnd.graphviz. Fixed lax parsing of "base64" attribute in inner data URL.

(In [123]) Instavue now keeps same selected graph during an iTunes backup (fix #83). Instavue now uses standard "layout" attribute instead of custom "IVLayout" attribute (fix #82). Instavue outline view no longer uses capitalized group items for devices. Instavue outline view now uses data sources instead of bindings. Fixed Instavue incorrect dependency on visio plugin.
