Disable import/export when settings are inconsistent

Description

In the import/export settings screen, the import/export button should be disabled if the settings are inconsistent e.g. export WebDAV when no host specified or export iDisk when no user name specified.

(In [115]) Import/export button is now disabled if import/export settings are inconsistent (fix #77). Added support for enabling/disabling IVSettingCell.
