Instavue devices only respond to clicks on the disclosure triangle

Description

The list of devices shows my device in a nice gray colour and fails
to react to a click anywhere other than the triangle. This led me to
think it was disabled. I think this is a high-priority UI bug to fix.

(In [94]) Instavue devices now expand when any part of the item is clicked (fix #67).
