Export to box.net etc. fails with "network error"

Description

When exporting to some WebDAV servers e.g. box.net, the graph itself is exported successfully but the preview fails with a "network error".

(In [68]) Export now attempts non-persistent connection when persistent connection fails e.g. box.net (fix #50).
