Shake stops working

Description
I've noticed now twice that after using Instaviz for a little while, the "shake" action to delete a node simply stops working. The application otherwise behaves as normal, but it never detects a shake and any action initiated by the shake---deleting edges, nodes, and graphs---don't work.
If Instaviz is exited and restarted, shake works again.
