Export settings sometimes do not persist

Description

In the export settings screen when you quit e.g. by pressing the home button, and then open Instaviz again, the setting screen is not restored and any changes you had made are not persisted.

(In [177]) Fixed export and email settings not persisting after quitting in those screens (fix #108). Export and email buttons in setting screens now show how many files to action since r170.
